PATTERN MAKING FACILITY
With our cutting-edge, in-house pattern making facility, we prioritize high-quality production standards while minimizing both time and cost. Our pattern shop utilizes advanced technology such as VMC (Vertical Machining Centers) to manufacture patterns and core boxes. We excel in producing multi-cavity patterns, a testament to our strength in delivering efficient and effective solutions.
CORE MAKING
We have fully automatic LPG and electric fired hot box resin core shooters to produce precision cores with exceptional accuracy and consistency.
-Size : 500 * 400 * 250 mm.
-Quantity : 02 Nos.
We also have various cold box core shooters having capacity ranging between 50 – 130 Ltrs.
MOLDING
1. SINTO, Japanese Flaskless High-Pressure Molding Line.
