SIMULATION
Our company utilizes Procast simulation software from ESI Group France to enhance our methoding designs. Before releasing them to the pattern shop, we ensure that all designs are thoroughly validated and optimized through simulation. Additionally, we employ CAD/CAM facilities to manufacture components that necessitate reverse engineering, enabling us to deliver precise and efficient solutions.

MACHINING FACILITY
-Our in-house machine shop is equipped with advanced CNC turning centers capable of handling turning diameters up to 360 mm, ensuring precise and efficient machining operations.
-Our in-house machine shop features vertical machining centers with a maximum table size of 760 x 510 x 510 mm, equipped with an indexing head. This setup enables us to achieve precise and versatile machining operations for a wide range of components.
-In addition to our complete conventional machine shop, we have a range of specialized machines including honing, broaching, and balancing machines. These machines provide us with the capability to perform honing, broaching, and balancing operations, enhancing the precision and quality of our manufacturing processes.
